Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at Thomas Sanderson. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving to customers' homes to assess their requirements and demonstrate our premium bespoke blinds, shutters & curtains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a tailored and personal experience for each customer.
• Offer advice and guidance on our products, helping customers to make informed decisions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• A full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Experience in sales, ideally in a field-based role.
• A strong desire to succeed and drive business growth.
