Senior Recreation Manager

As a Senior Recreation Assistant at Leisure Focus, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of delivery at all times. You will be guided by our values to lead by example and inspire your team to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the lifeguard team and ensure regular pool rotations are maintained.
- Comply with health and safety procedures and standards of the centre.
- Supervise and clean the pool area, setting up equipment as needed.
- Deliver first-class customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns.
- Support your team on a daily basis, preparing studios, gyms, and sports halls for various activities, and maintaining the general cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
- A recognised qualification in Leisure Management, Sports Development, or a related subject is desirable.
- Knowledge and skills in the Leisure or a related industry, particularly in a small or medium-sized enterprise, are essential.
- A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or previous experience holding one is required, with a willingness to achieve the qualification if necessary.
