The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Disputes LPM team in the UK and EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellence in Legal Project Management service delivery, financial management, and strategic management of LPM in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Disputes LPM team in the UK and EMEA, driving business growth and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic projects to enhance LPM services and improve client satisfaction.
  • Manage financial performance, ensuring alignment with budget targets and business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients, driving business development and growth.
  • Communicate a clear vision and value proposition for contentious LPM, defining and promoting its services to internal and external clients.
  • Lead a high-performing team, setting clear KPIs, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain robust processes for quality delivery, risk management, and financial management.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified.
  • Over five years of experience in a law firm or professional services firm, with at least three years as a Legal Project Manager.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the legal process and typical work product in a law firm environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and understanding of key financial performance indicators.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate information effectively.
  • Strong systems skills and ability to rapidly pick up new systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
