The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Disputes LPM team in the UK and EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellence in Legal Project Management service delivery, financial management, and strategic management of LPM in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Disputes LPM team in the UK and EMEA, driving excellence in service delivery and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business unit, enhancing financial performance and product offerings.
  • Manage a high-performing team, setting clear KPIs, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Establish robust processes for quality delivery, risk management, and financial management.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients, communicating the value proposition of contentious LPM.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified.
  • Over five years of experience in a law firm or professional services firm, with at least three years as a Legal Project Manager.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the legal process and typical work product in a law firm environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and understanding of key financial performance indicators.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate information effectively.
