The Opportunity

  • Lead the LPM team as Senior Manager in the UK and EMEA, driving excellence in Legal Project Management service delivery to our clients.
  • Collaborate with other Senior Managers to deliver strategic projects and priorities, shaping the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional financial management and performance of LPM in the UK and EMEA, meeting budget targets and driving growth.
  • Develop and implement robust processes for quality delivery of work, ensuring operational best practice in legal project management.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of engagement, inspiration, and high performance.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure effective collaboration and cross-pollination in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with over five years of experience in a law firm or professional services firm, including at least three years as a Legal Project Manager.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the legal process and typical work product in a law firm environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship building skills, with experience in building trust with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and understanding of key financial performance indicators.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate information effectively.
