Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and driving business development opportunities, with a focus on deals that generate revenue and growth profit
- Managing a team of up to 4 Business Development Managers, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure individuals meet their targets
- Aligning with relevant business leaders to ensure deals form part of their growth pipeline
- Managing the growth pipeline and ensuring the CRM platform is fully informed of all opportunities
- Financial and commercial accountability for the deals customer portfolio and costs associated with tendering for new opportunities
