Learning Disabilities Service Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Learning Disabilities Service Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our learning disabilities service in Mansfield.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring quality assurance, maintaining regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. You will work closely with our staff to recruit, train, and develop them to provide the highest level of care to our service users.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practice standards. You will also need to have relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent) and experience in a similar role within the care sector.
Salary: £35,000 per annum.
