Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Consultant to join our team at The Grange University Hospital in Cwmbran, Wales. As a Consultant in Neonatal Medicine, you will be responsible for providing expert care to newborn babies and their families.

The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a purpose-designed Level 3 Neonatal Unit with 32 cots. You will work closely with a team of 11 WTE Neonatal Consultants, Associate Specialists, middle-grade doctors, and clinical fellows to provide comprehensive care to patients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a progressive level 3 neonatal unit in South Wales, with the possibility of additional commitments to neonatal clinics at various sites within the Health Board and the Cymru Inter-Hospital Acute Neonatal Transfer Service (CHANTS).

We offer a competitive salary range of £106,000 - £154,760 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a fantastic benefits package, extensive training and development opportunities, and flexible working arrangements to promote a healthy work-life balance.
