We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Director to lead our social care team in providing exceptional support to individuals with learning disabilities. As a Team Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing daily living skills, facilitating community access, and providing personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support workers to ensure excellent care standards
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate care services to ensure high-quality standards
  • Provide leadership and supervision to support workers
  • Assist with team mentoring and coaching
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
