Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to join our team at MWH Treatment. As a key member of our Delivery team, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and implementation of the Desalination Plant project in St Austell's on the South West water Framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety and Quality: Promote exceptional safety and delivery quality standards to direct and subcontracted workforce.
- BMS Implementation: Ensure the Building Management System (BMS) is implemented at all stages throughout the project delivery process.
- Client Relationships: Maintain good client relationships at all levels.
- Reputation Management: Maintain the company's reputation on the project by ensuring good relationships are maintained with joint venture partners and suppliers.
- Project Planning: Plan projects, including reviewing and approving the Project Execution Plan (PEP), and then monitoring and controlling the delivery of projects.
- Commercial Management: Ensure all commercial aspects of the project are managed in a timely and proactive way, giving accurate forecasts and estimates.
- Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies: Understand and implement the Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies and Targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Be aware of the need to satisfy customer requirements with the aim of enhancing the customers' perception and satisfaction.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Continuous Professional Development: Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking, conferences, associations, and groups to stay current on industry changes and innovations.
