Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Vertical Transportation Service Specialist to join our team at Stannah, a leading family-owned manufacturing and engineering company. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial lifts, escalators, and homelifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance, repair, and call-out visits on various types of lifts, ensuring high-quality service and safety standards.
- Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Participate in our on-call rota, receiving additional standby allowance and call-out payment on top of a competitive base salary.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing our service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- An NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
