Job Description:
As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall management of care services within our home. Your key duties will include:
  • Leading a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in their roles.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • An NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Expertise in dementia care and experience of leading teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure.
