We are seeking a skilled Patch Caretaker to join our team. As a Patch Caretaker, you will play a key role in maintaining our properties and providing support to residents.

The ideal candidate will have a background in property maintenance or a related field and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and have a passion for making a difference in their community.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining our properties to ensure they are safe and welcoming for residents
  • Providing support to residents to help them achieve their goals
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to provide a comprehensive service

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
