Job Title: Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in finance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Sales and purchase ledger management
  • Processing CIS returns and payments
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers
  • Bank reconciliation and statement analysis
  • Invoice processing and tracking
  • Credit control and debt management

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a finance department in a similar capacity
  • Data entry skills and IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office

Prior experience with Sage 200 Accounts and holding a Part / Qualified Accounting Technician (IATI) certification would be desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding its staff fairly and reasonably.
