Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer to join our EMEA legal team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be the lead lawyer on all aspects of the bank's EMEA cross-border marketing risk appetite framework. This includes liaising with key stakeholders, advising on marketing queries and transactions, and ensuring accurate advice is provided to the front office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of the cross-border marketing risk framework;
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
  • Providing expert advice on regulatory matters related to licensing and cross-border marketing risks;
  • Managing multiple workstreams and working with various stakeholders;
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and being a collaborative team player.
