Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Aged Debt Resolution Coordinator to join our Finance team at Flint Bishop Solicitors in Derby. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing aged debt, negotiating resolutions, and ensuring timely payment of outstanding monies.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional looking to advance their career in finance. With a competitive salary of £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise while contributing to the success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing and reviewing aged debt reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Sending regular reminders and statements to clients in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Actively communicating with fee earners and clients to resolve outstanding debts
  • Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes in a fair and efficient manner

Working Hours
