Job Opportunity: Primary School SEND Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a SEND teaching assistant in a primary school in Accrington.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored support to children with special educational needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote inclusive learning environments and enhance student outcomes.
  • Contribute to ongoing assessments and monitoring of student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with external professionals to ensure effective implementation of recommended strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for working with children with special educational needs and be willing to learn and grow with our team.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
