Job Title: Director - Estate Agency

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estates Manager to join our team at Venn Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering all operational estates services within your allocated area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reactive Maintenance: Ensure that reactive maintenance works are undertaken to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Performance Reporting: Collect and record quality data to ensure that the department's performance reporting is accurate and of good quality.
  • Remedial Works: Ensure that remedial works identified by PPM/compliance/mandatory checks and tests are undertaken to a suitable standard and in a timely manner.
  • Audits and Reviews: Undertake regular audits and reviews to ensure that the estate is maintained in a safe and suitable condition, and issues and risks are identified.
  • Administration: Responsible for the administration and accurate record keeping of all work undertaken on the estate, including records required to meet legislative and statutory requirements.
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance: Ensure that planned preventative maintenance works undertaken by the Estates Workforce is completed as required, and completion is appropriately advised to the Senior Estates Manager.
  • Authorised/Responsible Persons: Where required, act as the Authorised/Responsible Persons.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience of managing engineers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Technical maintenance knowledge and be Electrically or Mechanically biased.
