Salesforce Product Owner / Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Product Owner / Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of data is maintained through regular maintenance, audits, and reviews. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to implement requirements and workflows, and work with different areas of the business to integrate Salesforce with other systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining data quality through regular maintenance, audits, and reviews
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to implement requirements and workflows
  • Integrating Salesforce with other systems
  • Managing and configuring platforms, including automated responses, workflows, permissions, dashboards, and reports
  • Troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Salesforce administrator certification
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Data migration experience
  • Salesforce integration experience
  • Experience working with and managing third-party support partner relationships
