Job Title: Agile Product Owner - Salesforce Delivery

Travelers is seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner to join our team and lead the delivery of Salesforce across Europe. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the backlog of work for our Salesforce delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and feedback
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure team adherence to Agile principles and practices
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Agile product management and delivery
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and its applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
