Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner to join our dynamic team at TECHOHANA. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in the insurance industry, you will be responsible for leading Salesforce implementations and delivering successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Act as a Product Owner for Salesforce implementations, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud, with a strong understanding of customisation and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Agile Methodology: Work within Agile teams, leading sprints, managing backlogs, and ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Guide, mentor, and collaborate with Salesforce developers, QA teams, and business analysts to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and requirements specifications, and present technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Insurance Industry Experience: Deep understanding of the insurance sector, with proven experience in working on Salesforce solutions tailored to this industry.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience in acting as a Product Owner for Salesforce implementations, with a clear track record of successful project delivery.
  • Agile Methodology: Demonstrated experience in working within Agile teams, leading sprints, managing backlogs, and ensuring that user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to guide, mentor, and collaborate with Salesforce developers, QA teams, and business analysts.
