Job Title: Agile Product Owner - Salesforce Delivery

Travelers is seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner to join our Salesforce delivery team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the backlog of work for our Salesforce delivery, ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Agile Product Owner who can work closely with our development teams in the US and UK to deliver a seamless customer experience. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with our business objectives and customer needs. You will also be responsible for working closely with our stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that our solutions meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that solutions meet their needs
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog of work to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience in Agile product management
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work closely with development teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
