Job Title: Agile Product Owner - Salesforce Delivery

About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Agile Product Owner to lead the delivery of Salesforce across Europe. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and prioritizing the backlog, ensuring seamless collaboration with teams in the US and UK. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and product management will drive the success of our Salesforce delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize the backlog of work for a smaller-scale product team
  • Ensure a ready backlog of work for the team, focusing on achievement of defined outcomes
  • Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities
  • Understand and implement team goals and strategy, ensuring alignment with circle and value stream vision
  • Act as a voice of the end-user, responding to customer feedback and ensuring needs and requirements are clearly defined
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in Agile product management preferred
  • Agile Mindset: Embody Agile core values of openness, courage, respect, focus, and commitment
  • Product Mindset: Focus on defining a product value proposition that aligns with and supports the circle/value stream objectives
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
