Year 3 Classroom Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our school in Leamington Spa. This full-time role requires a commitment of 5 days per week, with full teaching responsibilities, including planning, teaching, and marking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and inspire Year 3 students, ensuring they reach their full academic potential
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum
- Mark and assess students' work regularly to track progress and provide constructive feedback
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high standard of teaching and learning across the school
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in UK schools
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passion for primary education and a commitment to student success
