Job Summary:

Copello is seeking an experienced Electronics Team Lead to join our team in a critical role that will play a key part in the development and delivery of cutting-edge electronic hardware solutions for the UK defence and intelligence sectors.

About the Role:

As an Electronics Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise on a range of research, development, and production programs. You will design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality electronic hardware that meets customer requirements and complies with relevant government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality electronic hardware in line with the hardware development process.
  • Provide technical direction and ensure that the correct architectural and design approaches are applied.
  • Lead a team of electronics engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and meets customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to undergo the highest level of UK Security Clearance is essential.
  • Experience in high-speed digital designs, analogue circuit design, power supply design, and complex designs requiring multi-layer PCBs.
  • Strong technical leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
