About the Role

This opportunity involves working as a Teaching Assistant, supporting class teachers with lesson delivery and student engagement, as well as assisting with small group work or one-to-one support for students with special educational needs (SEN).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting teaching staff with lesson planning and delivery.
  • Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Supervising children during break times, lunch, and other school activities.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with children is essential.
  • A passion for education and supporting young people is required.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
  • Safeguarding training is imperative.

Location and Details

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
