The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of one of our retail stores, including managing a small sales floor team, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, and identifying and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and work with a small sales floor team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide great one-to-one customer experiences
- Identify and maximize sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Motivate and develop a small sales team to reach their maximum potential
- Follow and maintain company policies and procedures
- Lead by example in everything you do
- Take ownership and full responsibility for the performance of a small shop and team
- Utilize resources to plan, organize, and train staff
- Develop an excellent knowledge of our jewellery products
Requirements
- Experience in retail management or a related field
- Ability to display a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service
- Promote a smart and well-groomed appearance to reflect the company's public image
- Self-motivated with good leadership and people skills
- Confident communicator with good organizational skills
- Attention to detail in everything you do
