We are seeking an experienced Operations/ Administration- Roadfreight clerk to join our new start up office based in the Birmingham area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing freight company and progress in the freight forwarding industry.
You will be trained in the following key areas:
- Assisting operations with bookings and tracking shipments
- Updating customers and arranging collections and deliveries
- Liaising with the transport department to plan deliveries and collections
- Handling queries and general admin tasks
Key requirements for the role include:
- Previous freight forwarding experience
- Good admin skills and IT literacy
- Bright, outgoing and keen to learn
- Excellent communication skills
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 0900am to 1730pm.
