About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring that all residents receive a nutritious and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors, promoting a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in food preparation, nutrition, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field, such as hospitality or food service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and contribute to the overall success of the team.
