About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic duties
- Encourage clients to maintain their independence by supporting them with daily tasks and activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, building strong relationships and trust
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a care or support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
Salary and Benefits:
- An attractive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
