About the Job:

Our client, a Property Development Company based in NW2, is looking for an experienced Bookkeeping Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience and a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.

Job Summary:

  • Process and manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable
  • Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Prepare financial reports and statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Assist in the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices and purchase orders

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  2. Previous experience working in an accounts-related role is preferred
  3. Candidates with experience in finance, operations, or administration are also encouraged to apply
  4. Basic understanding of debits & credits, purchase ledgers, and sales ledgers
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT literate
  6. Ideally, familiar with QuickBooks software

The estimated salary for this role is around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
