In this exciting opportunity with Financial Staffing Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Administrative Specialist to join our team. Based in Central London, this role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finance department, including double entry bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and payroll preparation. They will also be in charge of credit control, preparing and reporting monthly P&L and balance sheets, as well as forecasts of annual budgets.

A key aspect of this role is providing secretarial services to the Trustee, which requires excellent organisational skills. The ideal candidate will also be able to manage suppliers and tendering processes, as well as coordinate public communications processes.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with experience using Sage accountancy tools. Ideally, you will be AAT qualified and possess excellent communicative skills. With a salary range of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a great charitable organisation and shape the department's future.
