Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our team at Wayfair. As a key member of our operational support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ecommerce supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the supply chain team, ensuring high accuracy levels and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Build and maintain operational knowledge, ensuring process documents and guides are updated and shared.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to effectively problem-solve and assist in resolutions.
  • Assist with cost reduction, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Highlight any potential business impacts (positive or negative), escalating to the appropriate teams.
  • Assist the team in general office requirements such as order, mail, appointment, and file management.
  • Help organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
  • Be flexible and open to learning and project opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record operating within an autonomous administration position (logistics, purchasing, manufacturing, supply chain, planning environments would be advantageous).
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organization skills to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Effective communicator (both written and verbally), able to build cross-functional partnerships and trust with stakeholders.
  • Navigate computer systems and applications effectively (including MS Office/Google).
  • Demonstrate a resolution mindset, someone who has a methodical approach to problem-solving with an awareness of both the customer and business impact.
  • Self-motivated, able to work effectively both autonomously and in a team.
