We are seeking a highly skilled Community Support Specialist to join our team at Talent. As an Independent Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing crucial support to vulnerable adults facing significant health and social care challenges.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and time management skills to successfully work remotely, delivering persuasive verbal and written representations on behalf of clients, collaborating with public and voluntary organisations, and taking directed actions to address client issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advocacy support to vulnerable adults in the East Midlands region
  • Deliver high-quality verbal and written representations on behalf of clients
  • Collaborate with public and voluntary organisations to address client issues
  • Take directed actions to resolve client concerns

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Full driver's license and access to own transport (travel expenses paid from home)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £18,470.40 - £23,292.00 per annum dependent on experience
