Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key relationships within clinical and commercial settings, liaising with surgeons, theatre managers, and nurses, ODPs, infection control, occupational health, and finance/procurement teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, passionate, and credible sales or clinical professional to manage and grow their business within the Midlands and Wales region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
  • Liaise with surgeons, theatre managers, and nurses to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Manage and grow sales revenue within the designated region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide product training and support to customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Either surgical or medical sales experience or a clinical theatre professional looking for a new challenge within sales
  • Candidates with a B2B sales background wanting to break into medical sales will also be considered

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary: £38,000-£42,000
  • OTE: 25% of basic salary
  • Car: Fully expensed company car
