Estimated Salary:

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at a special educational needs school in Greenwich. You will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to deliver tailored support and help students develop critical life skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support small groups and 1-to-1 sessions with students who require additional support.
  • Develop and implement individual learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor progress and adapt learning strategies as needed.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children, particularly in special needs or educational settings.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
