The Progress Group is a leading provider of education and training services, and we are currently seeking an experienced specialist to join our team in Northamptonshire. As an Alternative Learning Specialist, you will work closely with students who have faced challenges in their educational journey, providing tailored academic support and pastoral care to help them overcome barriers to learning.

This role requires a qualified teacher with excellent communication skills, both oral and written. You will need to engage effectively with students, parents/carers, community members, and colleagues, while also demonstrating a commitment to professionalism and integrity.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
