We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Oncology Nurse Coordinator to join our team at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our cancer care team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of patients receiving Systematic Anticancer Therapy (SACT).
In this role, you will work closely with oncology medical staff to provide expert, holistic care to patients and their relatives. You will be responsible for safe SACT delivery in accordance with national and trust guidance on the delivery of Systematic Anticancer Therapy.
You will also act as a clinical resource within the unit, demonstrating a positive role model to junior staff members and other multidisciplinary team members. Additionally, you will deliver training and education to patients, junior staff, and students within the unit.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a registered nurse band 5 or band 6 who has completed your SACT training and wants flexibility while supporting the team to deliver SACT treatment, we would like to invite you to apply for this post.
