Job Title: Sales Development RepresentativeSalary: £25K - £30K (£35K - £40K OTE)Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)Sector: FinTech / Finance / Sales

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Manchester. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth for our FinTech client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Qualify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email, and social media
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to the management team

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the FinTech industry and its trends
