Instructional Officer - Mechanical Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Officer to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineering specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that transform RAF personnel into competent and inspired mechanical technicians.

Job Requirements:
  • A Level 3, or equivalent, engineering qualification with practical experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrate expertise in a specific area of mechanical engineering.

We train and educate highly skilled technicians and engineers to meet the operational demands of the Royal Navy, British Army, and Royal Air Force.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver high-quality training programs.
  2. Participate in internal and external evaluation audits.
  3. Ensure students receive a safety brief on their training environment.

  • Total remuneration: £34,300 (£28,300 + £6,000 Recruitment and Retention Allowance).
