Health and Safety Director

A highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager is required to join our client's team in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management, with a NEBOSH Diploma qualification and experience in managing health and safety in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures. They will also have a strong understanding of quality management systems and environmental management systems, with experience in auditing and reporting.
The role will involve conducting risk assessments, action plans, audits, investigations, and managing training and reports on HSEQ performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that quality management systems and environmental management systems are maintained to ISO standards, and for liaising with regulatory bodies and keeping up to date with changes in legislation and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma qualification or equivalent level health and safety qualification.

- Strong understanding of quality management systems and environmental management systems.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
