About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solution Developer to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our Digital Policing Innovation Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and diversifying your skills, and moving into Solution Development within an Agile Digital Delivery Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver bespoke solutions for complex business needs.
  • Agile Project Delivery: Follow agile project delivery methodologies to produce solutions in a timely manner, supporting the deployment of maximum possible value to the organization.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop business-improving solutions using a variety of toolsets, including Microsoft 365 advanced tools, Robotic Process Automation, SharePoint, Power BI, Azure,.NET, and low-code platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a proven methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a clear understanding of information management, data protection principles, and policy.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to business users, develop training materials, and present demonstrations to internal stakeholders and external parties.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Highly skilled in the development of Microsoft Service Manager (SCSM) 2019/2022, Cireson Portal 11, Microsoft Orchestrator (SCORCH) 2019, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2019, and API familiarity for both SCSM and Cireson.
  • Experience: Demonstrated ability to develop business-improving solutions using a variety of toolsets, including Microsoft 365 advanced tools, Robotic Process Automation, SharePoint, Power BI, Azure,.NET, and low-code platforms.
  • Education: Related degree or equivalent, or proven relevant and practical experience.
  • Knowledge: Awareness of current and emerging technologies, capabilities, and services that aid in solution delivery.
