We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide personalized care and support to customers, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Liaise with social workers, district nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to communicating changes in customer requirements and preferences.
  • Work within company policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care.
  • Attend training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with personal care needs, such as dressing, washing, and meal preparation.
  • Carry out light housework, including dusting, sweeping, and polishing.
  • Encourage customers to undertake personal care tasks, promoting their independence and well-being.
