Supporting Complex Care Needs in a Rewarding Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group, supporting a client with complex health needs in their own home.
About the Role:
- Supporting a female client with a spinal cord injury in her own home
- Assisting with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment
- Working day and waking night shifts, with flexibility to choose from 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am shifts
- Part-time or full-time positions available, with 24, 36, or 48 hours per week
What You'll Need:
- A kind and caring nature, with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and reliability, with a full driver's license and own means of transportation
- No previous experience required, as full training and support will be provided
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.50 (increasing to £12 after successful completion of probation)
- Accrued holiday pay and a flexible zero-hours contract
- A Nest Personal Pension account and recognition of outstanding Active Behaviours via the Active Awards programme
- A Refer a Friend Scheme, with the potential to earn up to £1500 by recommending someone you know
