About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Middleton House in Cheltenham. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Our residents require support with daily activities such as personal care, washing, and dressing. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care and support, ensuring that each resident receives the tailored care they need.

As a Care Assistant, you will work a variety of shifts, including nights and alternate weekends. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to provide seamless care and support to our residents.
