Join Our Team as a Car Sales Manager

Cinch Cars Limited is seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and work with the team to provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer journeys and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a sales leader in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments
