About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at Online Automotive Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our retail and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Offer expert advice on vehicle parts and accessories, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales software.
