Car Sales Manager/Business Manager

Cinch Cars Limited is a leading online used car retailer, part of the Constellation Automotive Group. We're expanding our customer offering with a new store in Bristol, and we're seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager or Business Manager to lead our sales team.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of Sales Executives to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote vehicles and services
  • Drive and motivate the team to achieve quality and quantity goals
  • Previous experience as a sales leader in the automotive industry is essential
