We are looking for a diligent and detail-focused Human Resources Administrator to join our team in delivering exceptional administrative support across various HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the HR department by providing comprehensive administrative services throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, benefits administration, performance management, payroll processing, and offboarding. Digitally archiving and organizing all employee records. Generating purchase orders for HR-related expenses. Distributing identification and access credentials to all new employees. Preparing key performance indicators and HR analytics reports. Conducting weekly audits of hours, leave, and attendance within the Time & Attendance system. Supporting the HR Advisor and HR Business Partner with administrative tasks related to case management.Candidate Profile
Adaptability in a Dynamic Environment: Excel in a fast-paced and evolving workplace, taking an active role in managing tasks and priorities. Understanding of HR Practices: Have a foundational knowledge of HR functions, best practices, and systems, with a strong interest in keeping abreast of industry developments. Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong organizational and administrative capabilities, ensuring precision and attention to detail in all responsibilities. Communication Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and detail in documentation. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with technology, including HR information systems. Payroll Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of payroll processes, facilitating collaboration with payroll teams and ensuring accuracy in related functions.Benefits Offered
