We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a store manager to join our team at Heal's Fenwick concession in Canterbury. As a leader, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of merchandising and stock control that Heal's is known for.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the concession, including managing a team of sales associates, achieving sales targets, and ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.

You will also be expected to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. This may include working closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team. If you have a passion for retail, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining the highest standards of merchandising and stock control, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business plans
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and discounts on Heal's products.
